Where the FLL leaves off, the FIRST Vex Challenge will continue . . .

The FIRST Vex Challenge is aimed at high school students, 14 - 18 years old.  This first short season (Spring 2005) is limited to a demonstration project in Atlanta during the FLL and FRC international competitions, with a wider pilot project (around 500 teams) following in Fall 2005.

The new Vex Robotics Development System is supplied by Radio Shack, as a partner and sponsor of FIRST.  It was designed in conjunction with Innovation FIRST, as an upgrade to the Robovation kit.  And make no mistake, it is a most excellent robotics kit!

The Sharon Youth Robotics Association attended the Vex Challenge in Atlanta, through the participation of proud members from teams Eagle Robotics Unlimited (Vex team 13) and Eagle Robotics Angelbots (Vex team 44).
